What is Click & Collect and how does it work?

Click and Collect allows you to buy online and pick-up at Browns Bay / Castor Bay, Auckland. So you might ask...but how does it work?

Head on over to the website. Select the items you would like to purchase on our website, and select "Click & Collect".  Once your order is placed, we will send you a confirmation of your order - just flick us an email back saying where you want to collect your parcel.

Our staff then does the work for you, running around in the shop, finding all your goodies, and packing it for you.

How long does it take...we try and get all orders out same day.

Once your items are ready for collection, we'll let you know by email:

Your order is ready for pickup, so you can collect anytime its convenient for you.

PICKUP IN BROWNS BAY: We are open Monday to Friday 9am- 3pm for collection at 728a Beach Road, Browns Bay - if you want to collect after 3pm, please let us know and we will take it home for you to collect at 76 Beach Road, Castor Bay, Auckland.

PICKUP IN CASTOR BAY: When you arrive at 76 Beach Road, Castorbay, Auckland - your parcel will at the steps at the front door. There is a black box with "Click & Collect" on it, your parcel will be in there. There is no time limit as it's a honesty box to collect at your convenience.
