How to Use
Microwave: Pour 2 cups of boiling water into a large bowl. Add ½ cup Taystee Wheat. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds. Stovetop — 3 servings: Pour 750ml (3 cups) milk, water or a mixture of both into a pot and add salt to taste. Bring to the boil and remove from the heat. Gradually beat in 125ml (½ cup) Taystee Wheat with a fork. Return to the heat and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring continuously. Do not overcook.

Store in a cool, dry place.
