Snowflake EasyMix Bran Muffin Mix makes home-baked bran muffins simple. This 500g pack makes 12 regular muffins and needs only eggs, cooking oil and milk.
Ingredients
Cake wheat flour (wheat, wheat gluten), sugar, 20% bran (wheat, wheat gluten), raising agents [E500(ii), E450, E341(i)], salt, colourant (E150), flavouring, dextrose monohydrate and spices.
Allergens
Contains wheat and wheat gluten. May contain soya and cow’s milk.

You will need
- Contents of this 500g packet
- 2 extra-large eggs
- 125ml cooking oil
- 330ml (1⅓ cups) milk
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Place the muffin mix in a mixing bowl.
- Lightly beat the eggs, oil and milk. Add to the mix and stir with a spoon until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Spoon equal quantities into a well-greased muffin pan.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes.
Fresh idea: Add ½ cup chopped pecan nuts or currants to the muffin mixture.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, seal the pack well.
