Ingredients
Rolled oat flakes (oats, gluten) (60%), creamer [corn syrup, non-hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm kernel), sodium caseinate (cow’s milk), dipotassium phosphate (E340), sodium tripolyphosphate (E451), riboflavin (E101), beta-carotene (E160a(i))], sugar, caramel pieces [sugar, non-hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm fruit), maltodextrin, whey powder (cow’s milk), soya powder (soya), emulsifier (soya, E322), low-fat cocoa powder, colourant (E160c), flavouring and salt], oat bran (oats, gluten) (6%), flavouring, salt, vitamins (A, B1, B3, B5, B6, B9, B12, D3 and E) and electrolytic iron.
Allergens: Contains gluten (oats), cow’s milk and soya. May contain wheat gluten and tree nuts.

Preparation
- Pour the required oats into a bowl.
- Add 180ml (¾ cup) boiling water, adjusting slightly for your preferred consistency.
- Stir until well blended. Add milk if desired and enjoy.
