Preparation Instructions
Conventional Method:
1. Bring 5 cups of water to a boil and add salt if desired.
2. Add 2 cups of Super Mabela while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
3. Simmer over low heat for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Serve with milk, sugar, butter, or savoury accompaniments as desired.
Microwave Method:
1. Mix 1 cup of Super Mabela with 4 cups of cold water until smooth.
2. Microwave on high for approximately 7–8 minutes, stirring 2–3 times during cooking.
3. Allow to stand briefly before serving.
Storage Instructions: Store in a cool, dry place away from strong odours.
