A Worcester sauce-flavoured seasoning blend with celery and cumin notes, designed for making biltong. This product is seasoning only and does not contain ready-to-eat biltong.
Ingredients
Salt, flavourings, sucrose, cumin, cereal (maize), paprika, cayenne pepper, celery, flavour enhancer (MSG/E621), oregano, sunflower oil, parsley and flavour enhancer (E635). Some ingredients are irradiated and the maize ingredients contain genetically modified organisms, as stated in the current product record.
