How to Use
For a 14kg batch, combine 10.5kg mutton (approximately 70/30 meat-to-fat), 2.5kg cold water and the complete 1kg seasoning pack. Mix thoroughly and process using your preferred sausage-making method. Always cook meat products thoroughly before serving.

Cereal (maize, salt, emulsifier), salt, irradiated spices and herbs, sucrose, flavourings, phosphates, potassium chloride, preservative (sodium sulphite; yield maximum 0.63% SO₂), MSG (flavour enhancer), spice extracts and flavour enhancer. Contains genetically modified organisms.
Allergens: Contains sulphites. Not suitable for people with wheat gluten, soya bean, milk or egg allergies.
Storage
Store bags flat under cool, dry conditions. Reseal opened packs securely.
