Crown National Safari Chilibite Seasoning 200g
Crown National Safari Chilibite Seasoning is a spice blend for making chilli bites and other dried meat snacks. Use 45g seasoning per 1kg of meat, with vinegar or Worcester sauce if required by your recipe.
Directions
- Cut the meat into strips and weigh it.
- Add 45g seasoning per 1kg meat.
- Mix thoroughly, cover and marinate under refrigeration overnight.
- Dry the meat using a safe biltong-making process.
Ingredients
Flavouring [celery, maize flour, maize meal, colourants, flavour enhancer (MSG/E621), hydrogenated palm fat, anti-caking agent, acidity regulator and spice extract with antioxidant TBHQ], salt, spices, sugar and preservative (potassium sorbate).
Allergens: Contains celery. May contain milk, egg, mustard, soya and wheat gluten.
