How to Use
- Cut the meat into strips and weigh it.
- Use approximately 45g of seasoning per 1kg of cut meat.
- Optional: add Worcestershire sauce or vinegar at approximately 50–100g per 1kg of meat.
- Mix the meat and seasoning thoroughly, cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Hang to dry using your normal safe meat-curing process.
