Ingredients

Wheat flour (gluten), flavourings, modified starch, sugar, breadcrumbs (gluten), maltodextrin, potassium chloride, monosodium glutamate (flavour enhancer), vegetable oil (palm fruit, TBHQ), salt, irradiated herbs & spices, acid.

Allergens: Contains wheat (gluten). May contain cow's milk and soya.

Preparation Instructions

Simply add: 2 tbsp oil, 1 onion, 500 g mince, 50 g raisins, 250 ml milk, 2 tbsp chutney and 2 eggs.

1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the onion until softened. Add the mince and cook until browned.
2. Mix the raisins and contents of the packet with 50 ml water and 200 ml milk. Add to the mince and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Transfer to a greased ovenproof casserole dish.
3. Beat the eggs with the remaining 50 ml milk and pour over the mince mixture. Garnish with bay leaves if desired.
4. Bake uncovered in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30–40 minutes or until the egg has set.
5. Serve with yellow rice, chutney and salad.

Storage Instructions: Store in a cool, dry place.
